  • Simple syrup – 0,010l
  • Plum bitter – 0,003l
  • Top up Tonic – 0,080l

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add ice to shaker, then add all cocktail ingredients (except tonic). Close the shaker and shake it well for 10-15 seconds to mix the ingredients well and cool them down. Open the shaker and strain the contents through a strainer directly into a Highball glass filled with fresh ice. Slowly pour 80 ml of tonic into the glass with the strained cocktail. Stir gently to combine the tonic with the other ingredients.
